Become a participant
Demand for our sessions is high, with places shared between regular participants and school groups. As a result, we operate a waiting list for our most popular sessions. If you’re interested in becoming a participant and accessing our services, please follow the steps below to register your interest.
1. Complete a participant enquiry form
Please complete the Participant Enquiry Form in full and email it to office@elisabethcurtiscentre.co.uk.
We can only add prospective participants to our waiting list once a fully completed form has been received. All information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for RDA purposes. Existing participants may be asked to update their details periodically to ensure our records remain accurate and comply with GDPR requirements.
2. Enquiry confirmation
Once we’ve received your completed Participant Enquiry Form, a member of our team will review it and get in touch to confirm receipt or request any additional information if needed.
3. When a Place Becomes Available
When a suitable place becomes available, a member of our Coaching Team will contact you to discuss the next steps and arrange an assessment ride.
This is an opportunity to meet your coach, get to know our wonderful ponies and volunteers, and experience a session at the Centre.
Following a successful assessment, you'll be invited to join the session as a regular participant.

What sessions do you run?
Sessions take place throughout the week, with a range of morning and afternoon options, alongside two sessions outside school hours during the evening and at weekends.
Most riding sessions last approximately 30 minutes, including mounting and dismounting, while some of our non-riding activities offer shorter sessions.

How much does a session cost?
Our 30-minute riding and non-riding sessions cost £18 per session. We also occasionally offer private riding sessions at £35 per session.
Fees are payable half-termly in advance and cover all scheduled sessions, including any you may be unable to attend.
If we need to cancel a session due to circumstances such as volunteer availability, pony welfare or adverse weather conditions, a credit will be applied to your fees for the following half-term.
