Whisper joined the Elisabeth Curtis Centre in 2025 on loan from Moulton College, where she spent many years helping students learn to ride. Having enjoyed a long and successful career, she came to ECC to enjoy a quieter life while continuing to do what she does best.
At 26 years old, Whisper is the oldest pony in our herd and very much the matriarch of the group. Calm, kind and dependable, she provides a reassuring presence for riders, volunteers and fellow ponies alike.
Whisper only has one speed and is always happy to pootle along at her own pace. Like Sam, she will happily take the opportunity for a snooze whenever she can. Her sweet and gentle nature has quickly made her a valued member of the ECC family.
