Annual General Meeting

Thursday 1st December 2022

At Bromham Village Hall (Hall 3)

7.00 pm for 7.30pm

• This year will be the twelfth AGM of the charitable company.
• Please come along if you are a member and want to vote. If you are not a member you can still come along and be part of any discussions.
• All members of the Management Committee will be standing down, but can be re-elected if willing.
• You may nominate someone from The Elisabeth Curtis Centre to stand as Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary or Management Committee member (a maximum of eleven people may join the Management Committee).
• Anybody who sits on the Management Committee must become a member of the Company. In the event of more than one nominee for any post, a ballot will be held.
• Please fill in the Nomination Form and send to the Chairman, Victoria (Tuesday Evening volunteer), to arrive by November 26th at the latest.
