I joined the Board of Trustees at the Elisabeth Curtis Centre in March 2026 and lead the charity's Social Media, Marketing and Communications portfolio.

Horses have been a part of my life since I was a little girl and I have always been passionate about the positive impact they can have on people's confidence, wellbeing and development. Before joining ECC, I volunteered with other Riding for the Disabled groups as a session volunteer, which gave me first-hand experience of the life-changing difference therapeutic riding can make.

Professionally, I am a communications and media relations specialist with more than ten years' experience across journalism, public relations and corporate communications. Throughout my career, I have worked with organisations to build their profile, engage stakeholders and tell meaningful stories that create impact.

At ECC, I use this experience to help raise awareness of the Centre's work, support fundraising activity and strengthen engagement with participants, volunteers, supporters and the wider community. I am passionate about ensuring that more people understand the incredible work carried out at the Elisabeth Curtis Centre and the transformative impact that horses can have on the lives of those with disabilities.
